        Me neither, I'm on CNN television. They are suggesting (not sure) that this is related to the bombings.

          I've been listening to Scanner Radio app for close to 30 minutes with no issues...but I am on Wifi at home which might explain why.

                      I have the newest iphone but i'm on a Verizon mobile hotspot..Probably my issue..
