legalzoom vs. attorney for creating LLC?

Anyone have any experience? My attorney wants $1300.

1300.00 is not too bad... I paid twice that for mine, 15 years ago.

I like the online and legal software programs... I'm using one now
to create a premarital agreement for my step daughter.

I've found they work great for most simple needs... more complex situations
require an attorney be involved.

How many members? I've got two LLC's I started through startbizhere.com for under $200. My wife also has one through startbizhere.

My attorney wanted around $1k, the cpa wanted a little less.
