You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

Just trying to see if anyone knows of a good recruiter that won't mess around. He is looking at the reserves, has a son so looking to stay close to DFW and get a good job.

Basically looking for a change without not seeing his son, after basic and school.
The office he is talking to isn't being much help.

NRH office has a reserve recruiter last I heard. Great guy, very helpful. I don't recall his name though, older Hispanic guy.

When I initially enlisted it was in the reserves, and at the time they only put you in a reserve unit in your "home" area, but because of that you were limited to MOS's that were needed at those units.

In other words, the close to home is a given, but that will limit what job you get since they only recruit jobs that actually need to be filled locally.

If papers are already signed and especially if the the guy is already in training, it's far too late to do anything.

Yeah it is not that far yet, just getting ideas. He is in DFW so I am sure Fort Hood is where he would go. (IDK)
Do they have anything other than infantry at Ft. Hood?
