I am getting curious as to why we have not heard from the innocent people who had their houses raided and the naked guy from the picture.

I would think if i was forced out of my house in such ways as videos show then i would say something about it publicly. The guy who was wrongly arrested the night of too. Where did he go? Why hasn't he said anything?

I'm pretty sure you're being intentionally obtuse, but just in case:

Police and reporters often incorrectly use the word the suspect when referring to the actor, or perpetrator of the offense (perp for short). The perpetrator is the robber, assailant, counterfeiter, etc.--the person who actually committed the crime.

You can be guilty of a crime either as a principal perpetrator - the "main" actor - or as an aider and abettor.

Actor = person who committed the crime
