The man that went down in the video took some shrapnel to the leg.

The majority of serious injuries seem to be lower leg injuries.

Apparently there's vid of that guy walking off later.
Remember he's old and he just ran 26.2 miles. He's gonna be shaky... and a bomb went off next to him.



But yeah all of the casualties looks like lower body and leg injuries. Obv no real world explosives experience here but to me that points to a bag or something else left on the ground in a crowd.

I wondered if maybe he was holding his leg because of hitting the road.

Considering the high number of fanny packs, backpacks, and purses, this would be the simplest way to get one in a crowd.

There is a difference from quoting an article and wildly speculating to the few hundred thousand peiople watching his show that it might have been a "patriot" that just bombed a marathon, with no source, eye witness testimony, or anything else to back it up.
