Black GT and his wife have been generous enough to donate team shirts for the arthritis walk in honor of our daughter, Aly. However, since I'm about as creative as a gnat on crack, I need help designing it. We want to keep it simple, one or two print colors on either white or hot pink shirts.

All that I know that I want on it is the following:

Team Aly
Arthritis walk 2013

Totally open to suggestions, but we need a design by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.

Is anyone bored at work and want to help me, pretty please?? I love you long time if you do!!

FWIW, I don't have any direct experiences with this person's work, they are just an acquaintance.
