    I've done this a couple of times in the last year. Improperly lifting full ice chests and losing my form doing squats.

    Walgreens has these heating pad squares that stick to your back. Use them.
    Also get a back brace/support type thing on asap. You need to stay off your feet if you can, at least for a day.

      Also something my massage lady told me. You can lay on your back, legs up against a wall. Like your sitting on the wall at 90 degrees, legs up in the air. It releaves pressure on your lower back, feels great.

        i'm an old ass man

        I knocked the hell out last night, once I hit my bed I was out all night. Woke up feeling better, and grabbed breakfast at J's this morning. The chiro appt isn't until later this afternoon though.

          I trashed my lower back while working in BFE... and by BFE, I literally mean BUM FUCK EGYPT!!!!! 8hrs from nowhere in the middle of the desert in Egypt

          That shit suuuuuucked. I had to work through it. No pain killers, no booze, no doctors, no nada.
