A friend of mine owns a food truck down in Austin. During SXSW he was working something like 11am - 4am every day. You don't do that if you suck and make people sick lol

There's a little food truck area on the trinity bike/runing trails in fort worth. Pretty damned good, and I'm sure they're permanent there. They had tiny bars there too. It was cool to ride up and grab a few beers and keep on riding.

It's bigger than these couple trucks, there were probably 8 of them. You can drive to them, but what's the fun in that.
