Im just no good in that dept! Im just not a empathetic person when it comes to being sick. When I get sick I want to be left alone anyways & don't want people around me. I guess that's why my spouse is a RN! But my vote would be work.

Aren't you oilfield now? There are no sick days or vacation and they'll run you off in a heartbeat. From a woman's POV unless someone is severely hurt in the hospital or deathly ill in the hospital; go to work. She's a mom and we often catch what the kids have and you just have to deal. I don't mean that to sound insensitive in any way at all just my opinion on it.
