    Ok. School buses. Why do they have that white strobe on top of it? Go.

      It's for visibility on foggy days. In texas they should not be used if it is not rainy/foggy.

      Also, by texas law they have to be white not yellow or any other color.

        It could have been yellow. But it was quite bright. Couldn't really tell.
