Nope, you caught it, look att the sideways pick, black strut caps and nuts, then painted or whatever on the frontal shot.

Yeah, that's what got me to studying the pics better.

The lighting angles are making the strut towers and fender aprons show up differently. The earlier pic has the sun coming in on the passenger side. the later one has the sun coming in from the driver side, and there is something blocking a lot of the sun. This makes the dust show up a lot more on the passenger strut tower.

If the entire engine bay got cleaned up real good when all the little things got handled in between the two engine pics then I can see where I might be mistaken.

OP is just gonna have to get ready to crawl all around that car looking for anything. It's a fox body, for fuck's sake. These whores have been through all kinds of shit.
