  • Lol, yeah smoking weed really infringes on people's rights. But that's only from a black market created by prohibition policies.

So why should their monumental situations dictate what I do?

      Is drinking or smoking illegal?
What's the difference, outside of its legal status?
      Not surprised.
What's surprising is someone who has never even smoked a cigarette. Have you ever had an alcoholic beverage
Pro Liberty huh? So much as to where it infringes on other's freedoms???
You didn't listen to what I said.
And I've said it before, I've NEVER smoked a cigarette, much less weed.
      Not surprised.

You're basing your opinion on protecting everyone by removing the ability for people to make good/bad choices. At the end of the day it only affects folks like myself, because now it is illegal for me to do something I'd enjoy. I do not smoke because it is illegal, but I do consume a lot of beer and piss a lot - because that is legal.

Then there are the grey area people who closet do drugs and most people would never know it.

Alas, then the dumb asses are still dumb asses out there for you to arrest.

I typically strongly disagree with a few people posting in this thread, however just like bad drunks - people who can't be responsible with drugs (whatever type) are still going to be there for you to arrest. In my opinion in your "victimization" scenario is crap - it's still there and drugs are illegal!

Who are you to say they can't defend themselves? My father is 74 and more than capable of beating someone's ass. They also have a choice to arm themselves. They also have a choice of not letting said offender in the house. They also have the choice to call LE. They've got a ton of options, and I've only scratched the surface.

Your argument has more holes than Swiss cheese. Like I said, poor example. Please try again.

Eh, he'll probably get arrested for DUI and evading, spend some time in jail, mooch for a handful of years, then find a job as a plumber and join a union so he can hang on to his job for once.

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.
