Let's say the neighbors water heater exploded sending some debris your way, would you move out?

They are probably not going to kick them out, or refund your deposit for breaking a lease. But all property owners are different, talk to your landlord and if he can't resolve the issue the local PD will... but you have to live with them for a couple more months. Take pics of the damage, and have the landlord fix that at minimum, if you are even concerned about it at this point. I would be, because of the security deposit.

Finally got a hold of my landlord..

He said it was an April Fools Prank.. I was like WTF? I have pics and a Police report that jive out.

He's a dirt bag it seems.
