To keep some of you from wasting time on this, it isn't available to everybody. To qualify for HUP, your place of business must have a Microsoft licensing agreement with Office on it, and they must have chosen to activate this benefit. You'll login using your business e-mail address, and will also need an access code to complete the purchase, which is to be provided by your company.

None of my clients ever come close to allocating all of their HUP licenses though, so it's not that big a deal I suppose. Opening it up to something like a facebook or gmail domain is asking for trouble though, all it takes is someone spilling the beans on a big forum and sharing the code, and all your HUP licenses are gone when employees need them.
On a similar note, if you have more than 2 computers, and have already installed Office 2010 on the 2 allowed, you can buy 2013 and get 2 more installs.

It's supposed to be one HUP license per employee, not a family and friends special.
