Are you sure you're not confusing the Acadia with the Equinox?

I'm not an Equinox fan, but the Flex is WAY closer to a mini van.....

We like our '12 Explorer. I would have held out for the sport if I knew it was in the works. :grrr: 25mpg is a pipe dream though unless you want to get run over. Ours averages 19mpg, which I don't consider bad for this size vehicle. I was able to get 25-26mpg, but it was driving 55mpg on some backroads. Realistic freeway driving I never get above 22mpg. Lots of room and gadgets, and drives nice. I forced the wife to check into Flex's first, but it felt like driving a truck.

Equinox looks a lot closer to a MV than the Flex...Flex at least has a long flat hood more like a truck than the sloped hood of the MV's...
"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man." - Thomas Jefferson, 1776

              Dont see it.

And that body Equinox is better looking than the Flex.....
My wife likes the Flex. I think they are goofy as fuck, like a stretched Scion.

I drive a 2012 Ford Edge Limited Ecoboost for work. I drive 150-200 miles a day and I avg 23-25 mpg. It has plenty of power of power, has all the creature comforts I could ever want, and it looks great too.

                I really enjoy driving it.

I disagree. I think you have that backwards.

If you like nice interiors, I would stay away. We looked at the CTS Wagon, non-V and the interior was very small and chincey.

Sit in one, especially the backseat. Recaro's are great, for the track. BTW I said I looked at a NON-V model.
