It doesn't take much to launch a Scud missile from a mobile platform.

While I highly doubt they could get anything into the US via air, I would seriously worry about a container nuclear device being smuggled into US port cities. Why they mentioned Austin I have no clue, unless they already have had it smuggled in one piece at a time by border hoppers.

Point is....our society constantly underestimates and ignores open threats believing that because they are smaller countries or poor that they can't harm us. This N.
