I did one myself for a 63 polarcraft and motor

It took 4 trips to the tpw place in ft worth and telling a lie. I know it can be done.
we have real estate, insurance, power company, financial people and a lot of shadetree mechanics and pros here, I thought someone might be in that business here.

the former owner has cancer and a lot of other medical issues, I don't think he's up to even digging up the title out of his papers and sending it to me. I'm going to keep trying but I'm not holding my breath for it.

Yep, the game warden was there that day at Alverado ( that boatramp reallly sucks) , I went over and ask if I could put the boat in the water to change the boards on my trailer, they said sure, just don't drive it around. I didn't know they had a female blond gamewarden, she looked kinda hot in her uniform in their LITTLE boat.
Don't worry about what you can't change.
Do the best you can with what you have.
Be honest, even if it hurts.

That is the only way is to get the previous owner to either find the title or file for a lost title, sorry man that sucks.

Fill out the lost title form mail it to him with an SASE envelope have him sign when you get it back mail it off. The one I did guy was close enough for me to drive to. Willing to work with me if it didn't cost
him anything. But was stuck with his schedule. But only cost me 54 Dollars for the boat and motor titles. Never again without title in hand.
