DFW apartment question

When I think of downtown Las Colinas, I think of 114/O'Connor area, near the horses. The lofts and shops over there off the canal are pretty badass. Not cheap, though!

That's where I'm talking about. Las Colinas Blvd. where o'Connor ends and Riverside starts, etc.


As for LC Live - that got canned. It will happen, or some variation of it will happen naturally, with all the high dollar homes and townhouses being built in the area. But the big project got canned. Mayor lost reelection, and funds went missing. He's under investigation and charges will likely be brought against him. The new Mayor's entire campaign was run on stopping that project due to the money going missing. Like I said, it's going to happen. But it should have already been under construction. It's just going to be a slower process, and the City isn't funding it.

Cityville apartments. It's a really nice upscale place from the looks of it, and it has a gated parking garage. People will still steal c6 corvette headlights there though.
