There IS no argument against gay marriage, just as there is no argument against 2 consenting adults doing whatever the fuck they want to do as long as it isn't harmful to someone else. "Quick, someone is doing something I don't like! Make a law disallowing it immediately!" Because people don't like it, and it's not a big enough issue to fight in the courts. Maybe the ruling that is going to come down will affect polygamy laws as well.
