Picked up a few items yesterday at the LSP meet, I think the rain might
have scared off some folks, but it was OK, not great, but just OK.
The location needs time to mature and it'll be a really good meet.

We go to the Greenville meet each year... it's pretty small & "on the dirt" too, probably about the size of the Canton Swap Meet.

Planning to go this year again.

I stopped by Friday after work and picked up some chassis stuff for my Nova that I had ordered and they brought them down saving me shipping and tax. Rear 4link, rear anti roll bar, bolt in front frame section, and some other misc stuff.

I recondition headlights on most cars for $50.00. If interested shoot me a pm.

Anyone know why they moved it from LaGrave? I heard the one before this one sucked it up with everyone spaced out and not much there and this one seemed the same to me. The LaGrave field ones were almost always good

IMO...The event staff needs to make sure the vendors fill spaces and not let them spread out so much. Fill a row, then start on the next one instead of having three or four vendors way up on the hill and 10 half empty rows to walk up and down.

On the other hand, as a vendor. Why would want to be way off from them main crowd of people. It looks like it would cut your traffic down. Anyway, just my .02

Only bought a bumper for my Dart this time. Starting at Pate I plan to start hauling in cars and a trailer full of parts until all my unfinished projects disappear! Sold 5 cars off in the last 2 weeks, just about 20 more to go!

Just a bunch of old Mopar stuff....nothing of great value but just a lot of cars/trucks and even a vintage D500 race car hauler project. Finally decided to sell off all our unfinished or untouched project cars. I had been saying I was going to do it for a couple of years and finally we come to the conclusion we had to much stuff and not near enough time to do them. So we are keeping the 2 finished cars and selling everything else.

I know one the old forum members Dad lives in Amarillo where we keep the cars. We tried to call his dad a couple of times and never heard back from him. We were going to give him the pick of the liter but never heard back after leaving a couple of messages.

One of my cousins went and said he wasn't impressed at all with the meet. Said it didn't compare at all to when it was at La Grave fields. Also said that one of the staff mentioned next time it would be in Jasper. Can anyone confirm?

My in-laws live 20 minutes from Jasper. Free room, food, and swap meet. Might be worth a trip.

I don't know. The rumor is, and so far seems to be true, is that Earhart Productions who has ran the swap meet pulled out and took it to Lone Star Park, but that someone else was holding the swap meets at LaGrave now. For whatever reason it seems rumor got around there would not be ANY swap meets at LaGrave any more. That's not true and some people are pissed at Earhart thinking they spread such a rumor. Another swap meet was just held on 3/9 at LaGrave but I am not clear who produced it.

Anyone recall the forum member whose dad is Beldon and lives in Amarillo? He has some mopar cars? Just want to make sure his dad is okay. We called him a couple of times and left messages to see if he wanted anything and never heard back? Hope he is okay....
