It's crazy because she has been so close to death a few times and each time she pulled through I thought, "if I can just have one more day, then I'll be okay", and yet each time it's been harder to imagine not having her. I will remember this pup for the rest of my life no questions asked. She was with me through many phases of "growing up" and was really the only stable thing I have carried through the process. Imagining not having her is real tough, tougher then I ever imagined.Comment

It's always tough. The best thing to do is get another. While it will never replace the dog you lost, it will be special in a different way. Dogs rule.Comment
