  • I need a 5# or 10# Co2 bottle.

Yes, I know I can get one from Ferguson, Airgas, etc. Yes, I've looked on craigslist. I'm trying to save a few bucks and I'm hoping someone might have one laying around that they don't need anymore that I can get a little cheaper. A 5# is ideal, but a 10# will work. Full/empty, don't care. TIA.

Nobody will fill up a 5# bottle. Maybe a paintball range may. I had to upgrade to a 10# bottle in my kegorator.

Airgas will fill them. If it's a decent aluminum bottle, I'll keep it and fill. If it's steel, I'll exchange. I have no preference either way.

only certain airgas locations will/can fill and they will bitch about purging their lines for a 5lber, thats why i stopped using them and went to red ball.
