I do have a aluminum 2.5 lb that you can exchange at most ac supplys with regulator.Don't worry about what you can't change.

Watch the date, look for the most recent if its been certified again, usually good for 10 yrs from the date. im a bit far away in greenville but those bottles arent too much new for a steel, iirc ballbark of maybe 40-60 bucks. theyre mall. heck a #150 steel bottle is about 230
