    So let's double it, or even triple it. It's still a very small number of cars in this state, let alone the whole country. McLennan county (waco and surrounding areas) has over 50,000 registered vehicles. How many turbo mustangs do you think the average shop sees?

    how do you deal with folks who swap pcm's with a junkyard unit or similar situations. vin in the pcm won't match vehicle vin.

    That under belly of a world is so sketchy and frequented by such people with low moral compasses that the State steers clear of them unless their is money for them to make too.

    not to bring this back to the article, but wouldn't it be super easy to figure out an operation like this.
