Sheesh! I'm in the wrong business. I'm changing my name to Long Duck Dong and doing inspections. I guess I better start with my own first.

Sure they can. But the state can take the car from the person that purchased the inspection also. Do you want to risk losing your car because you took your cats off or have limo tint and you took your car to your "hookup"? Not worth it to me. I haven't heard of them actually doing it but they can if they want.

I have no worries about my brand new, stock car. It's been a really long time since I "purchased" an inspection sticker.

You should have referred him to go and get antique tags for it.

1988 fox bodies and older can have antique tags now and you don't have to worry about inspections at all.

That was a generic you, not necessarily you in particular.

Biggest problem with antique tags is your only supposed to drive to car shows, club meetings etc. A cop that is feeling grouchy can hassle the crap out of you if he wants to. Why give them more ammo?

x2 so who has the hookup?
I would go beat the fuck out of all of them within an inch of their life, then fuck their chihuahua while they watch as they get loaded into the ambulance
