I have a pair of Air Max 95 that I bought in '95, still going. Have quite a few pair of Vans that I have had 10+ years.
I take care of my shit, it lasts.

I've had zero issues with the last two pair of Asics I've bought. Before that I wore New Balance with zero issues. Though over the last 3 years, the only time I wear them is on my days off

I wear boots most the time, but have 2 pair of Sperry's that have both held up to ALOT of abuse. I am very rough on footwear. The only "tennis" shoes I have found that will handle my complete lack of care are Addidas indoor soccer shoes.

I've had good luck with Adidas and Nike, but prefer Adidas.

Usually have to buy a new pair of dress shoes for work every 1.5 years. Last pair I bought were Steve Maddens and were very comfortable.

I go through shoes every 2-6 months. I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day and on concrete the whole time. I spend quite a bit on shoes but if my feet don't hurt at the end of the day, it's worth it.

Sadly my boss told me Friday I have to buy solid black shoes for work instead of using another pair I had. I was trying to save a little coin before the kiddo comes

My shoes last for years, I only buy name brand though. I have a good amount of shoes and I rotate through them, I have some that are 8 years old and look brand new because I clean them when they get dirty.

Vans mostly, but I bought some Nike roche wovens because my shoe obsessed roommate(60something pairs of shoes) said they were really comfortable, they're not that great.

Shit, I thought I was rougher on shoes than anyone. Do you fuckers only walk with one leg and drag the other behind you like a half-retarded zombie?

I've had pretty good luck with Puma and Adidas. I try to avoid Nike because the last 2 pair I had fell apart in less than 6 months.

I don't feel so bad now. I have never paid over $45 for a pair of shoes or hiking boots. (not counting dress shoes and boots). I get about 6 mo - 1 yr if I don't mess them up doing things like painting or welding in them.

I've stuck with Reebok and Nike over the years, and usually get 2-3 years of daily wear at the gym, jogging, elliptical, etc.
