    You can still file a complaint with the department either way that will yield to a few questions being asked. A complaint was never going to get a ticket dismissed.

              Just because the judge showed up late it does not mean they magically dismiss the charges.

                    That's what they told me, I didn't have a lawyer that time. I think since he was so late they gave me credit for over a day of being locked up. I got lucky is what he told me cause of him being late.

                        I never said anything about suing and trying to get money out of this. I just wanted to file a complaint because I think they were too aggressive with me.
