    The whole "battery on an officer" thing is getting a little obsurd. "but Chief, he touched me unwantedly". Stop being a faggot. You get to beat the ever living shit out of him for resisting arrest and you want to complain he touched your hand. That is little faggot behavior. I have respect for the POPO and consider a few good friends. But that kind of charge is rediculous. Reminds me of the chick that from a cuffed and seated position, swun a girly kick at an officer who proceeded to put his laces upside her skull. Again, little faggot behavior.

      Negative, because by law, when the officer touches him he's placing him under arrest or performing a Terry frisk. Both lawful means of touching a person.
