I might just do two. The one for fermentation needs to stay around 60-65 degrees and I can't think of a better option.

Red wine refrigerators operate in that range, but the two issues I see there are size and price. Everything is going to either be the size of a full fridge, or too small. And they aren't cheap, obviously.
