Yeah that job sucked, but there is plenty of "GOOD" money to be made. My ex is a driller and my cousin is a company man/consultant whichever you prefer to call it.

Brannon Sewer Service and we have been in the oil field for going on 8 years.
We rent out portable septic/fresh water systems for the bunks houses, we also rent out restroom trailers and port-a-Jon's.

There's a pretty substantial gap in dfwm GOOD definitions:

        good / GOOD

        8MPG: $40k / $70k

        ruffdaddy: $90k / $150k

Most people I talk to have nothing but good things to say about you, but you sure come across as a condescending prick. Do you have an inferiority complex you've attempted to overcome through overachievement? Or were you fondled as a child?

You and slow99 should date. You both have passive aggressiveness down pat.

That's 240hrs per month condensed into two weeks.

Some people need the higher pay and don't really have the skills to get a good paying desk job. Some just want the relative freedom of having what equates to 6 months off every year. (This is the thing that has intrigued me somewhat)

I'm glad he brought it here because a lot of these guys could use the pay. I certainly don't want people to stop posting opportunities for our members because some of us who make money don't find it appealing. I personally want all the clown jobs posted. (except that advocare bullsh*t)

A yob is better than no yob.

I shouldn't have implied that he was a clown because he posted that job - I agree with your assessment. He's a clown for many other reasons.

I've been working the field for the last 6 years. Three of which were overseas as a consultant/auditor for OHSAS management systems and risk management. I'm now back stateside as a regulatory & compliance manager for a service company. Majority of my work is offshore dealing with SEMS.
