I do some fabrication work for the oil field as a sub contractor. My cousin sub-contracts for Lueras Welding, he is currently in Pecos, TX. I want to do work for the companies as contractor but damn 90 day pay-out plus running a payroll is what holding me back. We have the insurance,umbrella,ect...which ain't cheap either.sigpic
