I do some fabrication work for the oil field as a sub contractor. My cousin sub-contracts for Lueras Welding, he is currently in Pecos, TX. I want to do work for the companies as contractor but damn 90 day pay-out plus running a payroll is what holding me back. We have the insurance,umbrella,ect...which ain't cheap either.

I'm starting to have more and more interest in the oil fields. I made it through a few rounds of interviewing at State Farm but I still have testing to make through and then the training doesn't start until July. I'm thinking I could make some decent money in that time span.
