Same dude that was one of the 2 that attacked a CCW/CHL holder in Dayton at a GS. Too bad he didn't lose this one, human trash.
DAYTON —
Two men are hospitalized following an alleged drug deal gone awry.
Dayton police around 11 p.m. on Friday responded to reports of a double shooting at the Shell gas station located at 3406 E. Third St. Two men were found shot after another man entered their 2001 Chevrolet Venture van to allegedly complete a drug deal.
One victim was 23-year-old Billy Blackburn Jr. Officers found Blackburn laying in the parking lot next to an open driver-side door, bleeding "profusely" from his neck, according to a police report obtained Saturday.
Another man, 27-year-old Karl Kitchen, was bleeding from his legs.
Both Blackburn and Kitchen were transported to Miami Valley Hospital and were listed in critical condition. On Saturday, the hospital would only say both men were still listed as patients.
At least four to six shots were fired on Friday, police said.
Another man, 25-year-old John Midkiff, was at the scene. According to the police report, he told officers that "Billy was trying to buy some weed off the guy" and "(the suspect) got into the van and just started shooting."
The unknown suspect is described as a black man, who wore black jeans, white tennis shoes and a black coat with red sleeves and a hood. No further information was provided.
Video footage provided to police by a Shell employee shows the man enter the van, according to the report. Then, "a brief second later," a mussel flash is seen coming from inside the van. The suspect exited, running southeast behind the Shell station.
Several Dayton homicide detectives responded to the scene on Friday.
