I wouldn't care if it was there for a day or two. Or even if they flat didn't have the space. But the space in front of their house is always empty.

Have you asked them why they do it?

Talking to them should be the first step.

My neighbors arcross the street used to park one car in front of their house, which was behind my drive way. After that car hit 2-3 times by people leaving my house, they quit parking shit there.

And yea, dont leave your shit in front of my house for two weeks or we'll have words !!! Probably have words after a couple days.

Pisses my parents off also. They are getting old and have tagged a car or two.

I did have a laugh the other day. We all live on one to three acres or more and of course my next door neighbor appears to have all of her adult children living with her. Well they park all in the driveway, in front of their house, and across the street. The neighbor across was trying to figure out what to do with the cedar trees he cut down and then I guess a light bulb went off. He laid about six trees across the front of his property. Solved that! Not bad neighbors just a lot of them.

Move your sprinkler out to the curb and turn it on when they go to get in or out of the car.
Go take a shit in thier yard and tell them that since they park their shit in front of your house why cant you do the same.

My neighborhood doesn't allow it at all, and after one warning, it's a $50 ticket.

Try walking over to his house, knocking on the door, and telling him you have a problem with him leaving his vehicle parked in front of your house.

Most of us don't live in a neighborhood where they take role when you enter.

It's little stuff like this that has me in the fence about living in an area with an HOA. On one hand it would be nice to have the little rules in place like this as not to have to worry about having one of "those" neighbors, but I have heard enough stories to be concerned about having an HOA that is far to encompassing. Not that I want to have a car in the yard on blocks or anything, but I don't want to have to get approval to do landscaping or stuff of that nature.

They don't take role, if a car is in front of your house that doesn't belong there, you report it, and it gets ticketed. If it's a friendly neighbor having friends over and you're okey with it, no harm no foul.
