Not quite -- you can speak ill of a paid advertiser - theres no suppression of speech there.

You just can't do what he did and go into the advertisers paid sub forum and start spreading shit over threads inside that don't concern you. He did it, got a warning and did it again. He won't be missed, hes a fucking idiot.
