Looking for an Electrician.. plus some..

We have recently added a small workshop building in the back of our lot. We are looking for someone who can run an electrical line and phone line out there.

We also need an air line and water line ran as well and hoping to find someone that can do it all.


Quick run down of what we need in the small building:

2 Power outlets (Maybe with Breaker Box)
Also needing lighting put in. (Probably 3 or 4 florescent style fixtures)
1 Phone Jack
1 Air line for compressed air to run Air tools
1 Water line to hook up Water hose.

If anyone can do all the above or knows someone who can let me know.

Exactly how much distance between the main electrical panel and where your wanting this installed? An air line of any significant length sufficient to run air tools should be a solid metal pipe with fittings for air hoses on the end you need the tools at. Phone line is fairly easy depending on the length of the run.

From the main box I would say 30ft.. Maybe a little more.. Actually everything is coming from the same little area so everything would be about a 30ft run.


We had a company come out and give an estimate and that said 5200.. The man said we had to replace the breaker box and redo a lot of other things as well. Not sure though. That was just for electric.

DAMN!! Maybe I should come by and have a look...sounds kinda spensive for a couple outlets and 2 light fixtures.
