I hear it's easy to do. I just buy them and pay someone to install them. If I did them it would turn into a whole weekend ordeal.
I spent two days taking off the starter/alternator and replacing them in my Nissan.Originally posted by talismanI wonder if there will be a new character that specializes in bjj and passive agressive comebacks?Originally posted by AdamLXIf there was, I wouldn't pick it because it would probably just keep leaving the game and then coming back like nothing happened.Originally posted by BroncojohnnyBecause fuck you, that's whyOriginally posted by 80coupenice dick, Idrivea4bangerOriginally posted by Rick Modena......and idrivea4banger is a real person.Originally posted by JesterMan ive always wanted to smoke a bowl with you. Yeah you just need a jack and socket set to do it. A c-clamp may be needed depending on the vehicle and if your brakes want to be stubbern. If the rotors are trashed you can have them turned, but for not much extra just order a new set.

I won't lie. I have replaced pads and shoes many times without turning the drums & rotors if they were not all grooved deeply or too thin. Hardest part with rear pads are the ones that you have to screw in the piston. Learned the hard way on a 280z once. Pretty sure an Eclipse is like that. Also, there are all kinds of loaner tools at AZ or O'Rielly's to make life easier.
