Sounds like a no brainer to me... put it back together and drive it. You will lose your ass if you sell it now.

Basically what I would need to drive it again is my block back from the machine shop, gaskets, bearings, crank turned, and maybe new rods. Then find a hood and order some carpet I guess.
One suggestion: find some stock wheels, slap them on there, and keep those other wheels, because they're awesome, and you'll inevitable want another project down the road.
