Unless there's some sort of sentimental attachment to that particular car, I suggest selling it. The fact that you've been procrastinating on it for so long is proof that you aren't all that interested in it any more, so free up the space, and put the money in the bank.

I regretted selling mine (to Whiteboy ironically) before getting it put back together, for a good while. Mainly because of the money and time invested up to that point, and that it was my very first new car. I've since moved on to bigger and better things, and wouldn't spend money to buy it back now, even at a really good deal.

IF the space is available, 4 jack stands and set it up. You never know.

I personally get attached to my cars though. Basically, for me it's memories. I got my Z in 1990. Still have it. Its engine is wore out. Trans leaks everywhere. Yet, I spent so many nights working on it, God knows how much money on a slow car, racing it "legally" and legally. Ignoring G/F to replace blown up trans. Getting my ASS kicked in a heads up fastest street car race (94, It was Dan Richenburg, SP??? #8 vs #1, not good odds). Winning a Super Chevy race in it. Racing it legally in OKC and Houston, just to have 5 dollar parts ruin the race result for me (damn it on both accounts).

I won't sell it. Ever. Too much blood, sweat, tears, money, more tears..... I raced it twice a week (few times 3 times) from 93-97

Cliff notes version, no emotional attachment. Sell it.
      Some cars and a bike...

Some say... they have been raced, some a lot

If all you need is a longblock i say throw it back together, then decide to sell or not.

Youll take a big hit with it being a roller.

Was this car ever owned by Jose Canseco?

Probably. Now you and Mike need to give me feedback. I will decide based upon your opinions
