I kinda like the endangered species idea. Look online, find a photo of the Florida Borrowing Owl then dig some little holes that mimmick its nest.
LOL!! I had a good friend move to the Cape Coral area a few years back,, all the lots around her house have the owls. All those hi dollar lots will remain vacant till the owls move on.....
Natural law. Sons are put on this earth to trouble their fathers.

maybe close to 35, but not all the way to 287.

or maybe i just hate seeing the area grow so much. lol.

My parents moved to midlothian when i was born. I miss how small it was back then. (even though it's still relatively small.)

I guess they wanna do the road ONCE and have it ahndle all the traffic that will (or could) be thru here 15-20 years from now.

I grew up in Cedar Hill and watched it BOOM. Not that Red oak will do the same but I had no idea why they were making 1382/Beltline rd so many lanes wide back then and look at it now. . . . all of those lanes are packed at ANY time during the day.

Be glad Madison put the provision for mandatory compensation into the 5th amendment he did. The previous practice from English common law was to take undeveloped property without payment. Madison's provision strikes an equitable balance between the rights of the landowner and the rights of the state.

The state should still fuck off if the landowner doesn't want to sell.
I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

Sex with an Asian woman is great, but 30 minutes later you're horny again.

We'll just have to agree to differ on the matter.
