House was in the county at time shop was built but is not considered "Red Oak". Shop was built with permits even though they were not needed since it was "county" at the time.

construction is supposed to start at 287 and Ovilla rd and be at Westmoreland and Ovilla rd by 2015.
It will not be the same path tht it is now, it will be a strait shot instead of zig zagging like it does now thru there.
I did not pay much attention to that side since it was not near my house.
