Many of the original Zetas trained at Ft. Bragg, they learned alot more than how to polish boots and march in formation. If someone (Bill Clinton for example) wanted to make sure a foreign army would be loyal to him if needed he'd probably agree to train some of their officers with our special forces at Bragg.

Train a dozen guys to think like our special forces and they'll go back home and train some of their friends, eventually they'll work their way through the ranks and some of them will be generals, politicians and industry leaders. In the end you'll have relationships with key people all over the country to call on if you need them.

Well most of the original zetas have already been killed or sent to jail. The new sicarios now are stupid untrained teens. The cartels recruit them from Guatemala , el Salvador and Honduras. For example say theirs a convoy of 15 military personnel and theirs like 30 sicarios the military always finish them off and the sicarios only injure like 2 soldiers so obviously these fools are not well trained.
