foundation would be my number one concern. I know a foundation guy if you need one.

He knows who he is, and won't ever admit to it. It's been several years now. In this case, it was outright theft.

In the OP's case, I'm not sure who fucked who. Sure, the homeowners bought new appliances. But I'm pretty sure there were appliances there when they moved in. The new ones were obviously gone when the house was foreclosed on, as evidenced by the pictures. But I'm leaning towards the bank got fucked, and the previous homeowners are shitty people.

Used to have an above ground 30ft pool but either the bank took it or they broke it and left the deck. Pool like that is only 3-4k though.

50% life on a 25yr shingle 12.5 years left. Does it already have two layers. I'll read the rest when I get home.

Buy some upper cabinets and paint all of them to match. Put on matching hardware. It will look good.

I believe on foreclosures they have weird terms when it comes to pools, so it would be no surprise if that was torn-out after the bank took it over.

Found some in a house we were looking at and we bailed.

On FHA loan do they turn down loans on visiable areas that have wood rot. Too bad the old resident cant be contacted. be good to get utility bills. Hvac test would also be nice to do.

Asbestos was banned in 1978, but builders were allowed to use up existing inventory. Have that shit checked, for real. You don't want any of that bullshit.

That is just the hud condition report , you NEED to get a professional
Out there to look it over . Look for some one with TAREI and/or ASHI affiliation. They should have a license from the state. The lower the number, the longer they have been inspecting and the more experience. My father inspected for years so I have a pretty good idea what to look for but it is definitely worth a few dollars to get a fresh set of eyes to check it over.
The yellow pages are full of inspectors. Call and ask a few questions, if you shop price you will get what you pay for.
