I was at work today (love field ) and I saw the smoke and the tower was saying that the gun range was on fire.

Nope, long gone. My coworkers hk sear also go burnt up, as did 2 transferable uzis, a sterling, and an m3 grease gun.

Tracers burn red phosphorus and magnesium. I'd say that counts as incendiary. I would say I'd doubt someone would shoot API in there, but after this?
