This operation has been conducted before with awesome results, believe it or not. I've seen pictures of a pit full of dead snakes from the first time they conducted it. I still have yet to see one single snake out here.

They are an invasive species that almost rid the whole island of a bird population.

Tons of geckos and monitor lizards, though.
