Don't speculate on what will come because that will only amplify the ripple when it gets here. Realize that a woman lost her life here and at least one family was torn apart by a senseless act.

Pray that whoever did this will receive swift and appropriate punishment and it will move our nation forward, unify our citizens and not cause a partisan rift.

Fox is reporting that she is alive, in critical and made the mention that doctors have saved her life.

Also said that the suspect was just walking up to people and shooting them. Surprising he was able to go around to 12 people with the open carry laws in AZ.

Well from what Im hearing an open carrier in the crowd was shooting back at him, as well as law enforcement.

Im an advocate for civillans to carry firearms open or concealed, but it sounds like too many people were shooting and a lot of the dead were caught in crossfire. Thats what I am gathering.

Sounds like a lot of speculation and assumptions at this point. Hell, they don't even know if she is alive or not. I hope she and everyone else who was injured are ok and have a quick recovery.

Rep. Griffords is still alive. She survived emergency surgery and is responding to commands.
