Go to a carenow or other urgent care place. They usually have nurse practitioners there to deal with normal stuff like this and aren't expensive.
650-1000mg of Tylenol, then 4 hours later take 600-800mg of motrin, 4 hours later tylenol, etc
Whoever says hydrocodone and tylenol is an idiot. First off you dont need narcotics for fever. 2nd hydrocodone has tylenol in it. If you are taking 2 hydrocodone and 2 tylenol, that is 1300-1650mg of tylenol per dose. Bad idea

No coughing, no sore throat, no sneezing...just burning the fuck up. I have no health insurance and I can't afford an emergency room visit. Should I just man up and wait it out or is 103 degree fever something to be concerned about?Whos your Daddy?

If it hasn't been said, you need to go be seen ASAP. I've been told that under 103 is something you can power through (upper resp., colds, etc) but over 103 indicates something worse like flu, pneumonia, etc...Token Split Tail
