Worked on my truck last night until about 2 am trying to solve a coolant leak but the truck is too big to close the garage door so I was working in the low 40's but felt fine. Woke up this morning having uncontrollable chills and started puking up last nights El Fenix special. Temp was 100 when I woke up this morning and has now reached 103.2 and I feel terrible. No coughing, no sore throat, no sneezing...just burning the fuck up. I have no health insurance and I can't afford an emergency room visit. Should I just man up and wait it out or is 103 degree fever something to be concerned about?

What temp fevers do you usually run? I run hot so I don't start worrying until the high 104's to the low 105's. If Tylenol and other fever reducers won't drop your temp, go to the ER. You can also try getting into cold baths and staying hydrated because that's typically what they do when I go in. Fluids and concentrated Tylenol.I wear a Fez. Fez-es are cool
