    Don't let them blow a bunch of smoke up your ass about the salary being non-negotiable because of the association with UT. I am unsure if it is a "not for profit" type of hospital. Those not for profit hospitals make just as much as anyone else and pay their executives out the ass.

      I met a couple people in the ICU where I would work that had been there 20+ years. Everyone seemed happy. I think Im going to take the plunge and work there.

      Negotiation has started on pay and we are about 60% there with 1 email. Hope to push them a little further. I probably make a little more than I would at any other hospital but man it sucks.
