How to mount a grab bar in a shower?

The GF wants a low mounted grab bar in the shower for her to rest her leg & shave. This is a typical 4" ceramic tile shower

How do you mount that? I know you can't use the typical sheetrock anchors....would you use toggle bolts? Or ???

Masonry bit to geet through and Butterfly anchor bolts to secure. Silicone caulk to seal.

Be careful about cracking tile. I might consider a shower seat instead.
