I've been shaving my head for 12 years now for the ease of maintainance. I thought had a full head of hair until 2 years ago, I realized I went bald. Luckliy I have a good shaped head for it!

But for heredity, the baldness gene is passed by the mother. You need to look on her side of the family, then her mother , and so on.

I've read that the mother's father is who to look at.. And mine was bald.. That said, it's not a lock. 2 of my 3 brothers have had no hair loss, all are older than me.
